QFM

QFM is based on successful UBT device, while in combination with Fall Plate technology it allows for an economical production of ether and ester foam substances without pinholes in blocks. The maximum width of the manufactured blocks is 2,500 mm and height 1,500 mm depending on the system used. The cell size from 8 to 100 PPI can be achieved depending on the system.

The production safety is ensured by a computer controlling the measurement of the flow of the individual components, which allows for a quick change of the formula or, for example, of the colour without discontinuation of the production.
