Thanks to a fully graphical Siemens screen the compact low-pressure metering machines provide intuitive and user-friendly adjustment of the machine parameters, displaying of the condition and the cast times. Special attention was paid to the simplification and effective reduction of the maintenance time in the development of IMPACT machines. The entire IMPACT series relies on robust and reliable low-pressure ULTIMIX mixheads. Apart from definitely homogenous mixing of the reagents by means of a mixer this head also allows for the addition of further components like colours or catalysers, directly in the mixing head chamber.
